Arthur is kind of like a sort of a kind of instant messenger thingybob.  You are able to see which other B3tans are signed in and private message them.  Lots of other features too, and constantly being updated.
	If you want to post a picture to the b3ta messageboard, you will need the picture hosted somewhere.  If you aint got any webspace, MSN will do the job nicely, but it's not that simple, so...... Spoonywoony has written a rather informative page all about "how to".  Read it right here.

	Ptice (foreigners) have a fair few nice pictures of birds here.  The idea is, you stick an elephant's head on a flamingo or something like that.
	Noctua graphics host dozens of free downloadable images of everyday objects, and some not-so-everyday objects.  All high res and decent quality.
